Product and price
The Veyra Supporter pack contains one gold cosmetic profile frame, the Veyra supporter emblem and the “Veyra Supporter” profile title. You can equip and unequip them on your RIVALFRONT player profile. It is a one-time purchase for EUR 19.99 including applicable tax. There is no subscription, renewal or shipping charge. It gives no gameplay advantage and does not include units, maps, faction identity sets, future skins or future content.
Account, compatibility and delivery
You need internet access, a supported browser, a named RIVALFRONT player profile and a linked Google account. The pack belongs to that player account and can be used on another device by signing in to the same account. It cannot be transferred to another player or exchanged for cash. An Android app, downloadable model files and offline use are not included. The pack has no scheduled expiry or recurring fee; its use depends on the RIVALFRONT online service operating. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Stripe handles the card payment and billing information. Your order is delivered to your player account after the server confirms payment and the contract confirmation has been sent to the e-mail address entered at checkout. A return to the game alone is not proof of payment. Check Shop & collection → Purchases & receipts for the order status and invoice, if available. For a missing purchase, contact us with the order reference; never send a card number or password.
Withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from this distance contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason. To exercise this right, tell Terra-Handelsportal UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Sauerbruchstraße 8, 44801 Bochum, Germany, info@zechware.de, +49 173 9837012, of your decision in a clear statement, such as a letter or e-mail. Sending it before the period ends is sufficient. You may use the withdrawal page and model form, but the model form is not mandatory.
If you withdraw, we will refund payments received for this purchase without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We will use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and charge no refund fee. A full refund removes the pack from your account.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the withdrawal right may end early only after you expressly request delivery before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledge the resulting loss of the right, we begin delivery, and you receive the required contract confirmation on a durable medium. If these requirements are not all met, the right is not treated as lost merely because you requested immediate delivery. Statutory rights if the digital content is not supplied or is defective remain.
Contract confirmation and support
We send the contract details, purchase information and withdrawal information to the e-mail address given at checkout. Keep that message for your records. If you do not receive it, contact info@zechware.de with your order reference.
